Yes. We operate under all applicable government licences. All prescription medicines are dispensed under the supervision of qualified, government-registered pharmacists in full compliance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and the Pharmacy Act, 1948.
Yes, for prescription medicines a valid prescription from a Registered Medical Practitioner (RMP) is mandatory. OTC (over-the-counter) products do not require a prescription.
No. A prescription may not be uploaded more than once unless it has been re-issued by your doctor. Violations may attract legal consequences under applicable pharmaceutical laws.
Modifications are generally not possible once an order is confirmed. Cancellations are only accepted before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Mobile Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) at select pin codes.
Payments may be declined due to insufficient balance, incorrect card/account details, bank authorisation failure, or fraud detection by the Payment Aggregator. Please try again or use an alternative payment method.
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of placement. Estimated delivery timelines are communicated at checkout and upon dispatch. These are approximate and non-binding.

No. International delivery is not available at this time. All delivery addresses must be within India.
Odinova International follows a strict No Return, No Refund, and No Exchange policy. All sales are final once the product has been delivered and accepted by the customer.
Contact customer support within 24 hours of delivery with photographic or video evidence of the damage. If verified, a replacement of the same product will be dispatched. No monetary refund will be issued.
Eligible refunds for pre-dispatch cancellations are processed within 7 to 10 working days from cancellation confirmation, subject to bank processing timelines.
