Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the cancellation of orders placed through www.odinovainternational.in (“Platform”) and shall be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Payment, Shipping & Refund Policy of Odinova International Healthcare & Research Pvt. Ltd. (“Odinova International”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By placing an order on the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Policy.


1. Cancellation by the Customer

1.1 Eligibility for Cancellation

You may request cancellation of an order only if the order has not been dispatched, shipped, or handed over to a logistics partner.

Once an order status is marked as:

  • “Dispatched”
  • “Shipped”
  • “Out for Delivery”

no cancellation request shall be entertained under any circumstances, except where required under applicable law.


1.2 How to Request Cancellation

You may initiate a cancellation request through the following methods:

Online Method:

  • Log in to your account on the Platform
  • Navigate to the “My Orders” section
  • Select the relevant order
  • Click on “Cancel Order” (if available) and confirm

Offline Method:

  • Contact customer support immediately at support@odinovainternational.in

All cancellation requests are subject to system validation and confirmation by Odinova International.


1.3 Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders shall not be eligible for cancellation:

  • Orders already dispatched or shipped
  • Orders handed over to delivery/logistics partners
  • Prescription medicine orders where:
    • prescription has been verified; and/or
    • medicines have been packed or dispensed
  • Products classified under restricted or non-cancellable categories, including but not limited to:
    • temperature-controlled medicines
    • specialty drugs
    • hygiene-sensitive products
    • healthcare consumables

Odinova International reserves the right to determine cancellation eligibility at its sole discretion.


2. Cancellation by Odinova International

Odinova International reserves the right to cancel any order, in whole or in part, at any time prior to delivery, without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability or stock shortages
  • Pricing errors or incorrect product listings
  • Invalid, incomplete, illegible, or unverifiable prescriptions
  • Suspected fraud, misuse, or unauthorized transaction
  • Payment failure, decline, or verification issues
  • Incorrect, incomplete, or non-serviceable delivery address
  • Logistical constraints or operational limitations
  • Failure to dispatch within 36 hours of order placement
  • Regulatory or legal restrictions
  • Force majeure events beyond reasonable control

In such cases, the Company shall notify you through your registered email address, mobile number, or Platform notification.

3. Refunds for Cancellations

Refunds shall be processed only for valid cancellations as per this Policy.

3.2 Refund Conditions

  • Refunds will be processed only after successful cancellation validation.
  • Refund timelines are indicative and may vary depending on:
    • banking institutions
    • payment gateways
    • card networks
    • regulatory processes
  • Odinova International shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

3.3 No Interest or Compensation

No interest, damages, or additional compensation shall be payable on any refund amount under any circumstances.


4. No Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched or shipped, it shall be treated as final and non-cancellable, and shall be governed strictly by the No Return, No Refund, No Exchange Policy outlined in the applicable policy documents.

 

5. Abuse and Misuse of Cancellation Facility

Odinova International reserves the right to:

  • restrict or disable cancellation functionality;
  • suspend or terminate user accounts;
  • deny future services;

in cases involving:

  • excessive cancellations;
  • suspicious ordering patterns;
  • misuse of promotional offers;
  • fraudulent intent or behavior.

 

6. Force Majeure

Odinova International shall not be liable for failure to cancel or process refunds within standard timelines due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • natural disasters
  • pandemics
  • strikes or labor disputes
  • government actions
  • transport disruptions
  • system failures
  • network outages

 

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
